Please follow shipment instructions for spare parts as follows:

• > AWB must show 'ship's spares in transit
• > All spare must be marked with AWB number
• > All original documents must accompany the cargo and detailed
• > Packing list should be included in the shipment
• > All documents should be included in the pouch attached to the AWB
• > No documents should be placed inside the parcels
• > Original AWB (with minimum two copies) should be dispatched to our office before shipment's arrival
• > Upon dispatch, info@daudeenfreight-ng.com must be notified together with copies of commercial invoice, AWB and detailed packing list.

Spares should arrive latest 72 hours prior to vessel's arrival allowing enough time for clearance and delivery on board vessel, bearing in mind that for customs clearance through Lagos or Portharcourt airport at least one full working day is needed (excluding official holiday and weekend which are also official customs holiday)
